1. Advice Not Provided for Fee
Any advice, written or verbal, is provided freely and without a separate consultation fee. Therefore, Better Automotive assumes no duty of care in a professional advisory capacity
2. General Information Disclaimer
All advice, opinions, or assessments provided by Better Automotive are of a general nature and are based solely on observable symptoms and practical experience. This advice does not take into account your specific circumstances and is not intended as a substitute for professional mechanical advice or diagnosis. You are encouraged to seek independent professional advice as required.
3. No Obligation to Act
Any recommendation made regarding vehicle faults, repairs, or safety issues is provided as a suggestion only. Customers are under no obligation to act on this information or to have any work performed by Better Automotive.
4. Liability Limitation
By engaging with Better Automotive, you accept that all services are carried out at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Automotive disclaims all liability for loss, damage, or injury resulting from reliance on information or services rendered, whether or not the customer chooses to act on such information.
5. Summative Clause
“Better Automotive will take all reasonable care and skill in providing services, but shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from vehicle faults, parts failure, or misinterpretation of advice. Any parts supplied remain the responsibility of the manufacturer. The customer acknowledges that decisions made based on advice are theirs alone.”
Spring Sale
1.1 Pricing Applicability
Spring Sale pricing applies only to the Basic Servicing package. All other approved work, repairs, parts, or additional services requested or required outside the scope of Basic Servicing will be quoted separately and charged in addition to the advertised promotional price.
2.1. Basic Servicing Inclusions
The Basic Servicing package under this promotion includes:
- Engine oil renewal (standard grade oil only)
- Oil filter replacement
- Safety inspection & written report on vehicle condition
Any items beyond these inclusions will not be covered under the promotional price.
3.1. Exclusions & Additional Costs
- Specialty oils, filters, or parts outside standard specifications will incur additional charges.
- Labour for non-routine maintenance or repairs identified during the safety inspection will be quoted separately for customer approval prior to work commencing.
4.1. Non-Transferable & Non-Stackable
This offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, nor applicable in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional campaign.
5.1. Validity & Availability
Offer valid for a limited time only, subject to workshop capacity. Better Automotive reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
